Bloomington South Baseball beats Bloomington North 5-3

Bloomington South Baseball went crosstown to get a 5-3 win over Bloomington North Tuesday Night. The Cougars scored 3 in the bottom of the first inning. South Responded with 3 runs in the top of the 3rd innings to tie the game. The Panthers added a run in the 5th and the 7th innings. Bloomington South had 8 hits and no errors and Garrett Blevins got the win. Bloomington North had 5 hits and 1 error and Cade McCoy too the Loss. Bloomington South is back in action tonight at Jennings County at 6 PM while Bloomington North will travel to Indianapolis Chatard for a 5:30 PM Matchup on Friday.  

Bloomington North Softball Beats Bloomington South 15-8

Bloomington North took care of Bloomington South 15-8 in softball at Bloomington North Tuesday Night. Starter Emma Isenhour gets the win for Bloomington North while Caitlyn Boteler gets the save and was 5-5 at the plate. Natalie Burns was also a perfect 3-3 at the plate for the Cougars. Bloomington North will be back in action tonight when they travel to Columbus East for a 6 PM Matchup. Bloomington South will host Brown County on Thursday at 6 PM.

Edgewood Softball Beats West Vigo 10-1

The Number 2 Ranked Edgewood Mustangs took care of West Vigo 10-1 in West Terre Haute Tuesday Night. The Mustangs are 12-2 on the season. Edgewood has won 2 straight and six of the last seven and will be back in action tonight when they host South Putnam at 5:30 PM.

West Vigo Baseball Beats Edgewood 6-1

West Vigo ranked number 3 in Class 3A beat Edgewood Baseball 6-1 Tuesday night at Dick Ballinger Field in West Terre Haute. Edgewood is 5-6 on the season and 3-1 in the Western Indiana Conference and will be back at it tonight when they host South Putnam at 5:30 PM

Former Indiana Women’s Basketball Player Hannah Noversoke Transfers to Toledo

Former Indiana Women’s Basketball Player Hannah Noversoke announced she has transferred to Toledo.  6-5 from Michigan City Indiana Noveroske played 2 seasons for the Hoosiers appearing in 35 games total in 2 years and was part of the Hoosiers Squad that made the Elite 8 For the first time in school history. Noveroske will have 3 years left at Toledo. Noversoke averaged 21.9 points per game and 12.2 rebounds and Michigan City HS was 20-5 her senior year and is the schools all time leading scorer with 1,790 points.
