<\/strong>Troopers with the Indiana State Police Bloomington District and Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) arrested a Mitchell man on charges of child exploitation, possession of child pornography and drug charges. The investigation by the Indiana State Police ICAC began when five cybertips were received from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC). The cybertips and subsequent investigation by Master Trooper\/Detective Kevin Getz and Trooper Robert Whyte ultimately led to the arrest of Brennan D. Winkler, 26 years old from Mitchell, for One Count of Child Exploitation, Twenty Counts of Possession of Child Pornography, One Count of Possession of Methamphetamine, and One County Possession of Paraphernalia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/strong>28-year-old Amber Atchinson-Royston has been arrested on charges of theft and criminal mischief after Indiana State Police conclude their investigation into a local ring of theft. The investigation began in May after the March theft reporting of two catalytic converters off of two motorhomes, totaling in $3000 of replacement and repair. Atchinson-Royston was involved in the thefts along with three males, Austin Conn, Adam Brewer, and Uriah Stickney, who all admitted to their parts in the thefts during police interviews.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
