Indiana Department of Natural Resource Officers were called to Geist Resovior on Saturday evening to search for a man who never resurfaced from the water.45 year-old Jeremy Skittrall, of Middletown, left his boat and has not been found since. The search was called off at 11pm on Saturday, and resumed on Sunday morning. This is the second incident at the Resovior in a month, after a swimmer drowned on August 2nd<\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Indiana State Police Bloomington District A.C.E.S. (Aggressive Criminal Enforcement Section) recently paired with the Bloomington Police Department narcotics division to conduct targeted patrols of identified high crime areas inside the city of Bloomington. This patrol was conducted for six hours each day, from Monday, August 23rd through Thursday, August 26th. This collaborative effort was designed to remove illegal drugs and firearms out of the community, focusing especially on the illegal sale\/distribution of the drugs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Office of the Indiana Attorney General\u2019s Consumer Protection Division suggest being wary of and on the lookout for any suspicious activity in your bank account, credit cards, and investment and retirement accounts. Additionally, one should change the passwords on all your existing accounts, and use a password manager to keep track of your passwords, and use 2 factor authentication whenever it\u2019s available. One should also consider freezing credit information, as it is free, and will help prevent new accounts from being opened in your name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
