Indiana University Volleyball Announces Home Game Times and Schedule Updates <\/strong>\u00a0 The Indiana volleyball team announced two schedule updates to its 2025 home slate on Tuesday morning. In addition, start times for all matches at Wilkinson Hall have been confirmed for this year. On Friday, October 24th, IU’s match with Minnesota has been bumped up two hours. The contest is set to be broadcasted on the Big Ten Network with a start time of 6 p.m. IU’s home match against Maryland has been moved from Saturday, November 15th to Sunday, November 16th (Noon). Start times for IU’s remaining 10 home matches are listed below. The Hoosiers will make their regular season debut at Wilkinson Hall on Thursday (Sept. 4) against SEMO. Fans can purchase single game tickets\u00a0HERE<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indiana University Baseball Announces walk-on Tryout Date <\/strong> Walk-on tryouts for the Indiana baseball team have been scheduled for Thursday, September\u00a011th\u00a0at 5 p.m. at Bart Kaufman Field. Please follow the following steps to ensure you are eligible to participate in tryouts. This will be the only day for walk-on tryouts. All prospective players should follow the steps listed below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Fill out the Walk-On Tryout Application at the LINK HERE<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Download, print, and complete the student-athlete portion of the attached Tryout Clearance Packet (first half of page 1).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. To complete Step 1: Head Coach\/Designee Approval, please stop by the baseball offices at Bart Kaufman Field to get Director of Operations Morgan Colopy’s signature. You can set up a time to get this by emailing him at (mcolopy@iu.edu<\/a>) or text at 937-630-1614.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. To complete Step 2: Indiana Sports Medicine Approval, you will need physical proof of a physical and Sickle Cell Test on file within the past six months. You can get these at the IU Health Center on campus if needed. You will need to bring these to Joel Langemaat located in Memorial Stadium South Endzone Athletic Training Room for approval. Joel can be reached at (jvlangem@indiana.edu<\/a>) or 317-979-0607 if you can’t find him in the training room.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Complete the Indiana University Drug Test Consent Form located on the second page of the Tryout Clearance Packet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. To complete Step 3: Office of Compliance Services’ Approval, please scan and send the Tryout Clearance packet, with all appropriate signatures, to Brooke Richardson (bleins@iu.edu<\/a>) by Monday September 8th at 5 p.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. You will receive a confirmation email that you are cleared to participate in the tryout, YOU CAN’T PARTICIPATE IN THE TRYOUT UNLESS YOU RECEIVE THIS CONFIRMATION EMAIL. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Indiana Pacers to Host the Oklahoma City Thunder in a NBA Finals Rematch to Tip Off the NBA Regular Season on October 23rd <\/strong>\u00a0 It\u2019s an NBA Finals rematch! The Indiana Pacers will start the 2025-26 season at home against the Oklahoma City Thunder, the NBA announced Tuesday. The Pacers will host the Thunder at Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Thursday, Oct. 23, at 7:30 p.m. It will be the first game of the season for the Pacers, who captured the second Eastern Conference championship in franchise history last season and pushed the Thunder to seven games in the NBA Finals. It will be the second game of the season for OKC, who will host Houston on Tuesday, Oct. 21. The Pacers-Thunder game will be televised nationally on ESPN. The Pacers went 2-1 against the Thunder at home during the 2025 NBA Finals, taking Games 3 and 6 in dramatic fashion, but dropping Game 4. Indiana started the best-of-seven series by winning Game 1 in Oklahoma City, but the Thunder prevailed in their next three home games, including a 103-91 victory in\u00a0Game 7\u00a0to secure the championship. The full schedule for the 2025-26 season will be announced Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Indianapolis Colts to Host NFL Fan Zone Ahead of the Teams Game in Berlin In November \u00a0 <\/strong> The Indianapolis Colts are bringing the full gameday experience with them to Berlin, Germany, when they host the Atlanta Falcons in the\u00a0NFL Berlin Game\u00a0this November. The Colts and Lucas Oil Products will host the \u201cColts FanZone at Das Center\u201d in Berlin\u2019s Potsdamer Platz in the leadup to kickoff on Nov. 9. The FanZone will be the free, go-to destination for fans to connect with the Colts through football-themed activities, giveaways, meet-and-greets, and more. It will be open to all from Nov. 5 \u2013 9. \u201cAs a proud Berliner and Colts Ambassador, it\u2019s a dream come true for me to bring the Horseshoe spirit here to my hometown,\u201d former Colts linebacker Bjoern Werner said in a release Tuesday. The Big Ten Conference Announces the 2025 Women’s Soccer Televison Schedule <\/strong> The Big Ten Conference has announced its television schedule for the 2025 women\u2019s soccer season. The Big Ten Network (BTN) will broadcast 19 regular season matches involving all 18 participating schools. BTN will also cover the 2025 Big Ten Women\u2019s Soccer Tournament semifinals and championship game, with the semifinals on Thursday, November 6 and the championship on Sunday, November 9. Action on BTN is set to kick off on Thursday, August 21 when Iowa hosts TCU. The television schedule includes a pair of wildcard selections, with participating teams to be announced at a later date. In addition to the BTN lineup, Big Ten games and nonconference contests will be streamed on B1G+, BTN\u2019s subscription streaming service, providing access to stream 2,700 more games and next-day on-demand archives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Big Ten Conference Announces the 2025 Men’s Soccer Televison Schedule <\/strong> Nineteen Big Ten regular season men\u2019s soccer matches will be broadcast live on the Big Ten Network during the 2025 season. Coverage will begin on the first day of the regular season, Thursday, August 21, when Rutgers plays host to Providence. On Friday, September 19, the network will broadcast the first of its seven regular season weeknight doubleheaders, as Maryland welcomes Pittsburgh to College Park, with Wisconsin visiting UCLA in the nightcap. Big Ten Network will also cover the 2025 Big Ten Men\u2019s Soccer Tournament semifinals and championship, with the semifinals slated for Wednesday, Nov. 12 and the championship on Sunday, Nov. 16.
