Michigan controlled the time of possession 33.44 to 26:16 for Indiana. Michigan had 16 first downs to 11 for Indiana. It was a defensive battle as neither team could get the offense going both teams struggled to complete a pass.

For Indiana it keeps their hopes alive for the College Football Playoff but there are a lot of things for the Curt Cignetti’s offense to work on as they come down the stretch for the final four games of the regular season. Indiana has Minnesota, USC and Purdue at Home and Washington on the toad. Although the Hoosiers struggled today on offense the defense came up big and got the win in a place they have not won at for 59 years and now that is history and Indiana Comes back from Ann Arbor with a win and another checkmark off Curt Cignetti’s list.
