Indiana University Football has no one on injury report for Michigan including Khobie Martin The comparison between the availability reports for Indiana and Michigan ahead of their game in Ann Arbor this weekend is striking. The Wolverines have a total of 15 players listed as either out, questionable or probable, while IU has no one on its side of the report. Moreover, Michigan has already had a bye week, while the Hoosiers have played seven straight games to open the season. Michigan has a total of seven players out, seven players questionable, and one player probable. Four Michigan defenders listed as questionable are among the team’s top 13 players in defensive snaps — safety Rod Moore (280 snaps); DT Enow Etta (240); Edge Dom Nichols (202); and LB Aisea Moa (150). All four played last weekend against Penn State.
On the offensive side, starting right tackle Andrew Sprague (115) continues to be out. He hasn’t played since week two. Starting center Jake Guarnera (354), starting tackle Blake Frazier (350), and starting guard Brady Norton (296) are all questionable. Guarnera and Frazier have played in all six games to this point, while Norton has played in five. With no one on the Indiana report, that means running back Khobie Martin is expected to play this week, giving the Hoosiers a fresh set of legs in the backfield. He suffered a broken arm in the first quarter of IU’s first game and hasn’t played since. Here’s the full initial Big Ten availability report for Saturday’s game. No. 6 Indiana (6-1) and Michigan (4-2) kick at Noon ET on FOX.
No. 4 Indiana Hoosiers Men’s Soccer Bounces Back to Beat the Ohio State Buckeyes No. 4-ranked Indiana men’s soccer (12-1-2, 5-1-1 B1G) captured a Big Ten road victory Tuesday (Oct. 20) night, beating Ohio State (6-5-2, 1-5-1) 1-0 at Jesse Owens Memorial Stadium. Easton Bogard buried his sixth goal of the season in the 41st minute, the decisive goal in Indiana’s clean sheet performance. With the win, Indiana earned three points in the Big Ten table to move back into a tie for first with 16 total points. Michigan State has the same record in league play and will come to Bloomington on the last night of the regular season, November 4.
In the 19th Minute Indiana goalkeeper Michal Mroz was called to action early, diving to his left to make a save from an Ohio State corner. In the 41st Minute a great team goal gave Indiana the lead right before the half. Collins Oduro received the ball on the left wing, cut inside a drove along the top of the box, played a 1-2 with Bogard and dished to Kinsella on the right wing. Kinsella took a touch and delivered a cross to Bogard, who headed it down and into the side netting to give Indiana a 1-0 lead. In the 52nd Minute Ohio State was inches away from tying the match right out of the half, as Ryan Hannosh hit the back post with a shot from distance. In 85th Minute Collins Oduro collected the ball around midfield, sped past a Buckeye through the Buckeye half and into the box and put an inside-of-the-foot pass to the back post, where Oliver Moller-Jensen was just late to make contact.
Indiana captain and defender Alex Barger made his milestone 75th career appearance, which leads all active Hoosiers. Co-captain and fellow defender Josh Maher and forward Stephane Njike each made their 50th career appearance. Bogard’s goal marked his sixth of the season, doubling his previous career-high from a year ago. Tuesday’s result marked Indiana’s 50th win in the all-time series with Ohio State (50-6-5), its highest win total against any program. IU is unbeaten in its last four meetings (3-0-1) with OSU, though the win marked its first in Columbus since 2018. Indiana earned its sixth clean sheet of the season, improving its Big Ten-leading season goals against average to 0.53. Indiana brings Big Ten play back to Bill Armstrong Stadium Friday (Oct. 23) night, hosting Northwestern. Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. ET.

With Indiana trailing 92-86 entering the fourth, Haliburton took charge in the fourth quarter, scoring eight of Indiana’s 10 points in a 90-second span to erase a 101-93 Pelicans lead. The Pacers outscored New Orleans 15-3 to take a 108-104 edge. Zion Williamson, who had 22 points, tied the game at 116 on a driving layup and foul shot, but Haliburton scored on power moves on the next two trips down the court, and Indiana took a 121-118 lead and closed out the game with a pair of free throws by Quenton Jackson.
Obi Toppin added 20 points for Indiana, and Ivica Zubac added 16 points and 14 rebounds. Andrew Nembhard scored 18 points. Dejounte Murray scored 23 points for the Pelicans, and Yves Missi had 13 points and 14 rebounds. Williamson took only four 3-pointers all last season and made just one. But in offseason practices, he worked on expanding his shooting range, although most of his attention was on mid-range jumpers. Left open by the Pacers late in the second quarter, Williamson stepped behind the arc and nailed back-to-back 3s from the right and left wings. The Pacers jumped out to a 38-31 first-quarter lead on 59% shooting, but the Pelicans held Indiana to 33% shooting in a 35-18 second quarter that gave New Orleans a 66-56 lead, capped by Williamson’s long-range jumper at the buzzer. Williamson scored the final eight points of the half. The Indiana Pacers Host Dallas on Friday night. Tip-off for the home opener is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Gainbridge Fieldhouse while the New Orleans Pelicans visit the Utah Jazz on Friday night.
