Indianapolis Colts to Have Full Capacity for 2021 Season

The Indianapolis Colts are the 32nd and final team to announce they will allow up full capacity for 2021 NFL Season.  In May the NFL told its club that all but two teams the Denver Broncos being the other have received approval from there state and local health departments to open their stadiums to full capacity when games resume. Denver received approval earlier this month leaving the Colts as the only team not to receive the approval until Tuesday afternoon when Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett and the Marion County Health Department announced that most COVID-19 Restrictions in Marion County were being lifted on July 1st.

Los Angeles Clippers beat Phoenix Suns in Game 5 Of NBA Western Conference Finals

The Los Angeles Clippers beat the Phoenix Suns 116-102 in Game 5 of the NBA Western Conference Finals in Phoenix. Former Indiana University Star Yogi Ferrell scored 2 points on 1-2 shooting in 1 minute of action for the Clippers. Former Purdue star E’Twaun Moore did not play for Phoenix. The Suns lead the series 3-2 and Game 6 is tonight in Los Angeles at 9 PM on ESPN.

Indiana Fever Resign Chelsey Perry

The Indiana Fever have resigned Rookie Chelsey Perry. Perry played the first two games of the season against the New York Liberty playing 9 minutes scoring 1 point on 0-2 from the field 1-2 from the free throw line. Perry has a rebound, a steal and a turnover before being waived May 17th. Perry is 26th overall pick in 2021 WNBA Draft. The 6-2 rookie from Tennessee-Martin played in both preseason games against the Chicago Sky scoring a team high 16 points on May 9th. The Fever are in action Thursday night when they host the Connecticut Sun at 7 PM at Indiana Farmers Coliseum.

Fort Wayne Komets Host Game 3 of ECHL Finals

The Fort Wayne Komets host the South Carolina Stingrays in Game 3 of East Coast Hockey League Kelley Cup Finals at Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne tonight with faceoff scheduled for 7:30 PM. The Series is tied at 1-1. Fort Wayne took Game 1 7-2 Last Friday. South Carolina tied the series with a 4-2 win in Game 2 on Sunday. Game 4 will be Friday Night in Fort Wayne 8 PM and should there be a Game 5 it will be in Fort Wayne Saturday at 7:30 PM. The Komets are in their 19th Championship Series and the first Kelly Cup Final since joining the ECHL in the 2012-13 season. Fort Wayne beat Wichita for the Presidents Cup in the Central Hockey League in 2012.
